Sales Assistant Manager - Machinery

<Job Responsibilities>
- Management for sales assistant staff
- Support sales staffs according to manager's instructions
- Process and follow up on all orders as necessary
- Follow up and update production status and delivery schedule to customers
- Make monthly/annual work reports.
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates
- Periodically make a project list from the data above collectively
- Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other documents assigned by Sales Department
- Keep & archive all documents of each projects in order
- Monitor accounts payable on time & discuss payment term with superiors
- Be involved in stock control and management and prepare monthly inventory report
- Cooperate with Sales Department to organize exhibitions
- Visit customers with Sales Department and support translation if needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 28 -33
- Gender : Any (Male preferred)
- English Skill : Business level ( or can apply Japanese business level)
- PC skill : MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- More than 3 years experiences as sales assistant (leader) position in manufacturing or trading industry
- Have good business manner and work hard

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese skill : Business level
- Bachelor's degree : Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Machinery or related fields
