<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and support all member in sewing department
- Perform management and operation job, set up production procedure, manage all activities in factory
- Provide methods to prevent problems arising during production procedures, conduct problem analysis, error evaluation, problem-solving, co-operate with relevant departments to implement countermeasure, follow problem-solving clearly
- Introduce solutions to production, standardize production methods, shorten standard time, along with technical design team,assembly line improvement; equipment improvement; and follow implementation process.
- Attend a meeting with the Japanese headquarters
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender : Male preferred
- Age : 35 - 50
- More than 3 years experiences as manager in apparel (sewing) industry
- Japanese skill : Business level ( using in internal communication with Japan head)
- Person who can manage numbers (results)
- Management Skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- English skill : Conversational level
- Working Experience in Japanese company
<Schedule>
- Interview date : 9th or 10th Oct ( Technical team will come to VN from Japan)
- Interview times : 1 time ( Interview language is Japanese)
- Joining date can negotiate depends on situations
