- Write and update personnel / HR policies and process.
- Human resources and personnel management : recruitment, regulation, payroll, resignation, leave…
-Recruit more than 40 people(In IT Engineer) following company hiring schedule. Gathering CV, Screening, Interview, Negotiate offer condition. Using connection, Agent, Job board, SNS etc...
- Handle any legally procedure related to employees (Inclding labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision...)
- Train the employees and staffs
- Report to Japanese Director
- Any other task assigned by Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:30-40 years old
・Gender: Woman
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: Japanese Business level (Equivalent N2) or English Business level
・More than 3 years working experience in HR in Any industry(Especially IT industry)
