**This company will new establish in end of November in Vietnam
(This is start-up position)
<Products: Trading with a manufacturing department that mainly handles chemicals>
<Clients: Existing customers in Japan that have expanded into Vietnam >
<Saturday Working: Yes (sometimes) >
<Job Responsibilities>
- Make phone calls and exchange emails
- Manage director's schedules
- Create documents and report to Japan headquarters
- Do accounting (request from accounting firm)
- Responsible for interpreter and secretary at the meeting
- Support sales activities
- Accompany client and interpret for director
- Manage import / export and delivery (communicate with forwarders, Japan headquarters, etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 25 - 35
- Gender : Female preferred
- Japanese skill : Business level
- English skill : Conversational level
- More than 3 years experiences as assistant or related position in any industry
- Having experiences in trading (import / export)
- Basic knowledge of accountant
- personality:flexible, active, strong passion
