<Job Responsibilities>
・Create and manage contract/ document
・Order office equipment
・Manage employee’s attendance record
・Issue invoice
・Payment confirmation and reminder
・Make estimate and send it to client
・Contact with accounting firm
・Manage delivery schedule
・Exchange custom clearance document with government office
・Communicate with Japanese client via email/ phone
