Work details
★ Receive phone calls from Customers and make reservations at a clinic/hospital
★ Translate from Japanese to Vietnamese for Customers and clinic/hospital in Hanoi
★ Translate the documents from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa
★ Support to make insurance claim procedures for customers
★ Other tasks as directed by the general service department manager
- Age: 22-35. Gender: Any
- Education: College Diploma
- Language: Japanese Business Level (N1 equivalent
- Experience: not required (After joining the company, CDD will take OJT training. Leaders will teach CDD in an easy-to-understand way)
- CDD who will not get travel sick easily, can work under high pressure and overtime
- Can use Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Willing to learn new things
