<Job Responsibilities>
・Handle customers' complaint handling and response
・Support QA/ QC manager to organize, prepare, implement and maintain annually internal audits effectively.
・Perform the preparation of the company external audit to ensure compliance to QMS requirements and international standards.
・Planning duties for the QA/QC staffs and related work schedules
・Prepare relevant reports for Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female/ male
・Age: 25-35
・Education: College/ University
・Language: English at business level or Japanese N3
・At least 2 years of experience in QA/ISO position
・Have wide knowledge on ISO 9001/ISO 13485
・Computer Skill: Word, Excel, Power point
