<Job Responsibilities>
*Vietnam office will open in January 2021 (Already established in August 2020)
・Support set-up new company (GA/ HR/ Accounting)
・Overall support to maintain office environment
・Process payroll and invoice payment slips
・Liaise with accounting firm and consulting company
・General paper work at Vietnam office
・Prepare Visa, work permit and any documents for Japanese Director
・Report to Head Office with Japanese language
・Support Japanese director as interpreter in the meeting with Vietnamese client.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: Japanese Fluent Level and English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35
・At least 3 years’ General Admin experience (including accounting task) in any industry
・Interpreter experience
・Be able to go to industrial park around HCMC frequently as an interpreter
