<Job Responsibilities>
- Organize Human Resources & Administration Department, including organizing team, organizing and building process, solving HR-related problems, following and building performance review system, etc.
- Build organization and solve organizational problems together with managers of other departments in Vietnam.
- Support in interpretation for important meetings (Japanese <-> Vietnamese)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any, from 30 - 40 years old
- Fluency in Japanese (equivalent to N1) – Communication skill is highly appreciated for discussing difficult and sensitive topics.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment, C&B)
- Good vision and ability in planning
- Good self-control and activeness skills
- Good learning ability
- Good communication skill
- Good problem-solving skill
- Interest in challenge and innovation
- Readiness of listening to others’ ideas
