<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage workers in factory
- Improve the factory environment
- Reform and improve factory operations (5s)
- Interpreting Japanese and Vietnamese staff in the factory (mainly instructions)
- Interpreting during the general meeting
- Cooperate with HR/GA Staff, helping to translate documents
- Support GA task (translate, Support Japanese, Booking Flight etc...)
- Other tasks are assigned by Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 30- 40
- Gender : Male only
- Japanese skill : Business level (nearly fluent)
- More than 10 years experience as production leader or related position in Manufacturing factory (not manager position is still okay)
- Having working experiences in Japanese factory (knowledge od 5S rule)
- Person who can work flexibly
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- English skill : Conversational level
- Working experience in Japan
- Working experience as manager
