Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - GENERAL OPERATION MANAGER - HOSPITALITY

Work Time: Flexible due to job nature (service industry); totally 48 hours per week; off 1 day per week

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager (female, 30s), dotted line to Japanese President cum CEO (male, 50s) (both are based in Japan)
Manage 20 staffs (including some old staffs from previous business structure)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the overall operation of the hotel, including front line (receptionist, bellboy), back office (HR, admin, accountant), service team (cleaner), kitchen (chef, cooking staff)
- Reach and maintain stable revenue and profit as per agreed KPIs
- Make and execute business plan for high/low season, sales and marketing activities, partnership with related parties (mass media, travel agency…)
- Update market trend and conduct market research on hospitality industry (if necessary) with the purpose of business expansion
- Frequently report to Managers based in Japan; assist them on their monthly Vietnamese visit
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per request by Managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese fluent (to report to Japanese Manager and take good care of Japanese clients) and English business level
- Experience working in Hospitality industry in general and hotels in specific (Japanese-related ones are preferable)
- Have network or know-how about sales and marketing in this industry (preferable)
