Japanese Speaking - Machine Operation & Quality Control - Manufacture

<Job Responsibilities>
・Cutting Conductor Wire Insulation follow by client order
・Setting the cutting machine and using crane
・Checking production quality in visually (Finding any wound and luck), quality and schedule
・Handling quality control of production and making report
・Management for 5 team members
・Working as a shift in busy season : 8am-6pm or 6pm-8am (Providing night-time payment)
・Other tasks are assigned and instructed by Japanese Manager

<Hiring Schedule> URGENT
- Expected 1st interview date :2-3 days after submit
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : ASAP

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・College Diploma or University : Major Machinery or Chemical
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22-30 years old
・Having working experience as a Machine operator in Manufacturing company around 1-2 years or
Having working experience in Japan as a trainee in Factory
・Language: Japanese Business Level (More then N3 level, to communicate and report to JP Manager)
・Person who live in Binh Duong
・Using MC office, especially Excel
・Okay to work in hard-condition(In factory, they use paint thinner and wear protect mask, same as Japanese head quality)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Gender: Male (Because a job involving physical labour a bit, to setting cutting machine.)
・Having working experience as a Equipment management in Manufacturing industry
・Personality : Honest, Ambition, Flexible
・Person who work long term
・Willing to work do things on his/her own
