Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Sales Assistant to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for Sales department
* Responsibilities
• Process orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders, contracts and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- At least 1 year working experience in sales Assistant
- Able to communicate clearly Japanese
- Able to work independently, good problem-solving skill.
- Has the right personality to develop a strong relationship with large customers.
- Good in using Microsoft office computer software
