<Job Responsibilities>
- Recruiting employees
- Recruiting internship
- Managing records and resumes of employees
- Managing records of resignation employees
- Labour contract management
- Training for new members and internal training
- Monitoring and managing issues related to foreign experts and employees who have oversea biz trip
- Organization company events
- Checking labour working time
- All other jobs will be assigned.
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
- Gender: Female
- Age: up to 28
- Graduated university
- Japanese: having N2 certificate at least and English conversational
- Having at least 2 years in HR/admin position for Japanese company
- Pro-activity, carefully and able to work independently
