<Job Responsibilities>
***Role / purpose of this position:
Responsible for managing a production line in the dyeing (fabric) factory in terms of progress, quality, Hygiene and Safety.
1. Work undertaken:
- Coordinate, assign work under the production line to ensure the highest production efficiency
- Coordinate with line management to perform supervision and management tasks under the workshop.
- Making reports on problems arising in the chain, giving corrective measures
- Guide and train dyeing workers, especially for new products.
- Understanding the status of the production line to give ideas for editing, updating production documents in the production line (Operating operations, safe operations ...)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College degree or Intermediate degree in any industry
- Gender: Any, 24 ~ 30 years old
- Good communication in English or Japanese.
- Experienced at dyeing factory (fabric) for more than 02 years (liquid dyeing machine)
- Hard working, hard working and love working in the factory
- Prefer candidates with experience in the field of dye production management
- Fluency in information technology office
- Can work alternately by shift (day shift, night shift)
