<Job Responsibilities>
Tsubouchi Gakuen will establish Institution for sending technical intern trainees. This position will be belonged to Institution.
・ Manage personal information such as resumes related to Trainees and create lists
・ Management of labor contracts and retirement status of Trainees and in-house employees
・ Collaborate with training department in management of the training of employees before their departure
・ Give Orientation before departure
・ Perform duties related to appointment, transfer, and dismissal of Trainees Following the request from their supervisor
・ Manage technical intern trainees in cooperation with representatives and ensure compliance with labor contracts, labor regulations, and employee rules as a sending agency
・Record and update information of partners, Trainees and Company that accepted trainees
・ Summarize the situation related to troubles and formulate solutions in cooperation with other departments (E.g. follow-up of trainees after contract expiration, dismissal during contract period)
・To protect the rights and interests of the trainees., Inquire and report to related organizations and consulates
・Report to the state management agencies and relevant ministries on the regarding the status of self-training students working
・ Perform other tasks given to the superior
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27-40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Language: Japanese Business level
・Experience: More than 1 year working experience as Legal affairs or law firm or HR/GA(Experience about Labor contract) in any industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in establish Institution for sending technical intern trainees
・Study in Japan
・Have knowledge about Japanese Law
