<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop new business client (Calling, Appointment)
- Responsible for obtaining information from construction projects
- Follow quotes, contracts, during and after construction
- prepare sales documents
- Hold a meeting
- Perform market analysis
- Go to business trip in VN (to Hanoi and other area depends on project)
** At first, you will be in charge of a project for a Japanese client in a pair with a senior employee, and have them learn the job at OJT.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 23 - 33
- Gender : Any
- Bachelor Degree
- Japanese skill : Business level (above N2)
- English skill : Business level ( TOEIC around 730 score)
- Person who is interest in construction project excavation / order sales in Vietnam
- Sociable person who can communicate with client actively
- Bright(Cheerful) and tenacious personality

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in construction company
- Knowledge of construction field
- Having working experiences in Japanese company

** This company have 2 branches in VN (HCM and HN) and you can consider about working location both depends on your requirement
