<Job Responsibilities>
- Payroll calculation
- In charge of insurance activities
- Register ATM card, personal income tax code, family circumstance deduction file
- Drafting and managing all types of Agreements, Commitments, Labor contracts of employees
- Training rules, regulations ... of the company for new employees.
- Guide and track the professional skills of subordinate employees in the department.
- Support for ISO activities and other work related to HR - General.
- Report of work: Head, Deputy Head
<Essential Requirements>
- From Intermediate degree or above
- Gender: Female Only
- Age: 24 to 35 years old
- Japanese: N3 (can communicate with Japanese boss)
- At least 2 years of work experience related to human resources and general issues
