<Job Responsibilities>
This position needs to manage whole process of manufacturing
・Give advice to other staff to improve products quality
・Manage and Maintain Production Machine
・Make communication with Production Machine supplier in China
・Improve products quality to meet clients requirement
・Cooperate with Japanese Headquarter, Handle Trouble and Complaint from Clients
・Analyze the cause of the trouble and Make a solution. Then report to customer
・Manage design team and educate CAD operators
・Make report to Japanese Director
・Other tasks assigned from Japanese Director


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender;Any
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Education: College Diploma
・Language: Japanese communication level.
・Experience: Working experience as QC/QA or Production control or Manufacturing Technology position in Manufacturing Company(Especially Printing, automobile, Home electrics, electric related industry)
・More than 3 years Management experience

・Working in below industry
(Aluminum processing,Printing, automobile, Home electrics, electric related industry, printed circuit board )
