JOB DUTIES:

Job Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administrator is primarily responsible for implementation of the ERP in co-ordination with the ERP Implementation Partner and administration of ERP post go live. Due to the dual nature of this role, this job description divides the key responsibilities into two sections: Key Implementation Responsibilities and Key Administration Responsibilities.
The Administrator should have a thorough understanding of the overall goals of the implementation and be able to act upon most implementation decisions, in cooperation with ERP Implementation partner and the appropriate business unit representatives (Business Analysts).
Key Implementation Responsibilities
During implementation of ERP, the Administrator is responsible for:
a) Implementation of the ERP application, working as a key liaison between the ERP Implementation Vendor Team and the business unit representatives
b) Ownership of understanding and identifying customer requirements and development of systems, that supports ERP productivity improvements and enforce corporate policies and procedures.
c) Management of the system configuration, including design and data migration decisions, User Acceptance testing tasks
Key Administration Responsibilities
After completion of the ERP implementation, the Administrator will be responsible for:
a) Maintenance and daily management of the ERP application.
b) Technical and system administration, including data integration with multiple systems
c) Functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures.
d) Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of ERP and data maintenance.
e) Planning, reviewing and customizing ERP as needed to meet needs of company.
f) System adoption and satisfaction, including training other administrative users on the ERP application relevant to their jobs; provide support to users and maintain proper system access; and support end user technical requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in IT
- Two to five years experience with relational databases, SQL development
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment
- Language Skills: English more than conversational
o Working experience with NetSuite ERP Software preferably (but not required)
o System implementation and system integration experience desirable
