JOB DUTIES
Report to 2 Japanese Managers
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage workloads and results of Vietnamese BPO staffs to ensure productivity of project
- Support in communication and interpretation for Japanese clients and also report daily on the project’s progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese business level (N2)
- Have relevant working experience in Japanese companies
- Basic PC skills and knowledge of Excel intermediate level
- Others (Preferable): Have experience working or studying in Japan
Desirable Character:

- Age: 25-40
