GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (3 vacancies)
Level: Staff

-Monday - Friday (8:00 – 17:00)
Salary Range: Negotiable

JOB DUTIES
Main tasks:
1- Range of responsibility: make sure meet/exceed all annual KPIs
a) Daily to 1 month planning.
-Discuss with planners to define 1 month production rolling plan
-Prepare production capacity (machine, manpower, material, instruction…) to meet demand of customers
-Schedule and monitor pilot run/ evaluation.
b) Realize daily production.
-Organizing resources (workforce, material, equipment) to meet daily production plan.
-Monitor product quality during production process and material status in the line.
-Plan and ensure training flexibility to fulfilled fluctuation demand.
-Audit machine and equipment status (usage status, calibration expired date)
c) Managing employees:
-Planning manpower, follow up training progress of operators.
-Make sure subordinates follow work rule/regulations/code conducts, instruction and other requirements.
-Ensuring safety and hygiene in the production line.
-Manage and improve PA/operator’s performance.
-Solving daily conflict base on company work rules
-Motivate subordinate to make sure good working morale.
d) Cooperation other department
-Follow escalation path (report on time to relevant get quick support).
-Feedback to support department or TPU leader to improve service
-Delegate & follow up with other departments to eliminate task overlap/conflict.
-Build team work.
e) Continuous improvement
-Coordinate to others for improving products and processes.
-Proposal improvement activities for cost saving
-Empower and courage others for continuous improvement
-Maintain and continuous improve 5S in response area
f) Reporting and problem solving
-Leading daily Shop-Floor Management meeting
-Follow all escalation rule in daily work on time
-Fulfill all report as requests of TPU leader and production managers
-Support PA/Operators to solve problem
g) Conducting periodically performance appraisal
-Implement performance appraisal for wage rating and development subordinates
2- Entitlement:
-Approve leaving, transferring, working overtime for subordinates.
-Exit/Entrance permission for operators
-Approve material transferring within response cost center and WH.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
a)Education/background: University graduated
b)Professional knowledge
-Familiar with products and manufacturing process
-Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)
-Understand that employees have to perform according to Pepperl+Fuchs operating system which was built according to the ISO systems.
-Must go through the ESD, 5S, ISO awareness training which parts of orientation program are for all new hire is.
c)Knowledge of computer and servicing:
-Good in Microsoft-excel and word, Movex, EDM.
d)Knowledge of foreigner language:
-Understand in daily communication with foreigner or
-A least B level certificate.
e)Personal characteristic.
-Motivated to work in production environment.
