Position: Receptionist cum Admin Staff

Working Location: 15th Floor, Times Square Building, 22-36 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Salary Range: Open for negotiation
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES
Report to Head of Human Resources & General Affairs Department
Main Tasks:
Greeting & welcome guests to the office
Receiving and answering all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Responsible for distributing newspapers and other documents to relevant department.
Control of mails: handle incoming mails and outgoing mails; keep record according to the Bank’s procedure.
Handle account statements and daily documents to customers: send monthly account statements and daily documents to customers by mail and delivery at bank’s counter.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Other assistance and services as assigned by Department Head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
Gender: Female
Age: 26 - 30
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language Skills:English at Business Level
Minimum 2 years related experience in an foreign office environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication
Ability to communicate with clients and guests in clear and concise manner
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task. Excellent attention to detail
Ability to maintain professional composure, poise and dignity at all times in fast-paced environment
Ability to be discreet and confidential
Preferable:
Candidates who have Japanese skill.
