JOB DUTIES
Report to Manager
Main Tasks:
-Develop & Implement product promotion strategy based on the clarification of product benefits, features and target market.
-Cooperate with regional product marketing & Opcos Marketing in the new product launch, and implement an effective promotion in a timely manner in order to ensure the company's target achievement


RESPONSIBILITIES


1. SOLUTION DESIGN 
-Responsible to establish all possible options for designing and deriving the best solutions based on sound analytical judgment, team input and the customers' best interest
-Research new technologies that push the boundaries and capabilities of design and provide insight on applying these to current deployments.
-Accountable for optimization-focused design to ensure that all code is written with high-availability and high-impact; 
-Accountable for efficiency-focused design that serves to ensure that all code is highly reusable and modular. 
-Designing solutions using Planet Press Suite making use of the latest technologies integrated to a multitude of third party providers. 
-Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made. 


2. SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT 
-Develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications - full life cycle application development
-Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
-Create efficient, salable, reusable logic in Planet Press Suite, using any of .NET Framework, C#, and other languages as needed. 
-Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, T-SQL statements and user-defined functions of varying complexity with a "best practices" approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server. 


3. SOLUTION MAINTENANCE 
-Assess, troubleshoot, document and upgrade procedures; Review code for potential performance issues, re usability, and/or anomalies. 
-Detail unit testing of code
-Troubleshoot client problems both remotely and onsite. 
-Research and identify cause of reported defects and issues. 
-Develop patches and defect fixes. 
-Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed. 
-Participate in training and / or customer support activities as needed. 
-Other duties may be assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
1.Qualifications:
•At least 2 years marketing experience in IT industry and Direct Business.
•Familiar with IT 
•Bachelor Degree 
•Verbal and written English capability (Advance level)
•Male is prefer
2.Technical & soft skills:
•Strong willed, predictable, perceptive, responsible 
•Computer skill in MS Office (excel skill is the must), E-mail, internet and system acknowledge
•Able to work independently under high pressure
•Strong analytical thinking
