1. Make good and strong relation with dealer and Retail shop
- Retail (B2C): work with dealers to approach end-users
- Project (B2B): work with dealers to approach project owners together about suitable HVAC solutions
- Create and execute the dealer business development plan (how to grow dealer sales), develop new Dealer and retail shop
2. Management team staff and give guidance
- Team management: take care of total team sales budget and support team members' sales operation, actively visit dealers to get inquiries and orders, lead team to hit the target, control staff's action (KPI)
- Taking responsibility to achieve sales and collection target by monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Promptly updating to customers about new information on product, price, policy
- Collecting market information and the move of competitors
- Making sales report & other jobs such as dealer stock, sales forecast, visiting report.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by AGM or Branch Head

- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: English Business level, fair presentation skills
- Experience: 1 year of experience as Sales Manager in Home electrics or HVAC (more than 10 staffs)
- Experience in Japanese or MNC companies
- Good in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, including the ability to influence, inspire, persuade & motivate others
- Strategic & tactical mindset
