・Coordinate between GA-HR Manager and HR Agency; Arrange interview, share feedback, prepare offer letter, support interview as interpreter and etc.
・Arrange work permit, visa for Japanese employees
・Support payroll and social insurance procedures’ task
・Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing
・Monitor employee’s evaluation date
・Help GA task as required
