Japanese Speaking – QA Manager – Machine Parts

<Products: Solenoid valve, level gauge, ventilation equipment>
<Clients: Japanese manufacturing company>
<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday>

<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicate with Japan headquater about product quality, complaint from client via email
・Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
・Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
・Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
・Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
・Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
・Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
・Monitor risk management activities

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-40
・At least 5 years’ QC/ QA experience at Machinery company or Machine Parts company
・At least 2 years’ management experience
・Be able to understand QC/QA, inspection word in Japanese
・Experience of operating and improving ISO9001

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience at Japanese company
