JOB DUTIES
Report to General Japanese Manager
Assigned to Customer Service Department
Main Tasks:
- Sales person is in charge for business related to consumer chemical product area (detergent materials, lubricant oil) and/or related areas such as electronics, engineering plastic etc.
- To communicate and negotiate with mainly Company HQ/offices and local customers (both Vietnamese and international)
- To plan, propose and execute the tactics and strategy for the development of business, under the entire direction by GM and superiors
- To ensure proper internal control, including credit control, legal control, etc.
- Business trip opportunity (domestic, sometime overseas).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST:
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 – 30
Qualification and experience:
- Good English skill (read, write and speak) is required.
- Economy, financial, trading back ground
- Experience in sales, purchase, business development, negotiation, production
Personality and social skills:
- Good soft skills: communication /positive conversation, negotiation, team work
- Enthusiastic in learning new topic, especially technical issues
- Able to work under high pressure with high quality work
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for presentation, communication and reporting purposes.
PREFERABLE:
- Japanese, or other language like Korean and Mandarin are preferable.
- Chemical or plastic background/ experience is preferable
