<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all General Affair activities, aiming at providing the best working conditions, environment and employees services to employees in line with Company Direction.
- Manage and control Office Supplies, Canteen, Security, Cleaning Service, Landscape.
- Manage to ensure excellent delivery of Expatriate Services, Transportation, Car rental, travel arrangement.
- Organize company events such as Company Trip, Year-end Party, Team building activities.
- Make forecast for GA-related expenditures and control GA budget appropriately.
- Implement Cost-Saving activities.
- Take initiatives to improve procedures, improve internal communication and spread good business manners.
- Coordinated with Facilities and HSE team in related activities.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35 - 40 years old.
・Education: University Degree
・At least 7 years experience in General Affairs.
・Fluent in English OR Fluent in Japanese.
・Good knowledge of CSR.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese language is preferred.
・Priority is given to employees with reciprocal experience evaluating SMETA and URSA.
