<Position information>
- This position is equivalent to Department Manager level
- This is not a secretary job.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. As an assistant of General Director, this position will be in charge of general Business Management tasks such as:
・Assemble, analyse and report about numerical data.
・Make Business plan, strategy.
・Have business meetings.
Overall workflow: Receive data, reports -> Analyse -> Come up with Business strategies.
2. As an assistant of managing Infrastructure department, this position will support managing business of below departments:
- Logistic department
- Customer Service department
- Credit Control department (Account Receivable)
Overall workflow: Assist Japanese General Director in managing above departments.
3. Other tasks such as plan new projects, analyse projects, manage projects.
※Have chance to become Director or General Manager in the future.
<Requirements>
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 39 years old
・Language: English Business level (TOEIC 750 and above - prefer have equivalent certificate)
Language will be used to report to Japanese General Director and communicate internally)
・Nationality: Any
・Experience:
- Have experience in Business Management / Managerial Accounting / Corporate planning / New business development, Marketing analysis (Focus on those who have experience in Logistics or Customer Service field)
- Can do Numerical analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (Company will have test)
- Good presentation skill with Power Point (Company will have test)
<Personality>
・Have good logical thinking
・Able to work under high pressure, work in a high speed working environment.
<Preferable>
・Japanese Business level (N1)
・Vietnamese (For non-Vietnamese candidates)
・Able to calculate using Access, Excel Macro, VBA. Have analysis skills.
・Have Management experience.
<Schedule>
・Hiring reason: Current employee quit -> Vacancy position
・Interview round: 3 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st interview: Japanese Director (In Vietnam)
- 2nd interview: ASEAN Area Manager (via Skype)
- 3rd interview: CEO (in Japan via Skype)
・Depending on the current situation, there is high possibility that interview will be all via Skype.
・Test: For this position, may/may not have test (about PC skill, especially Excel, Powerpoint)
