<Job Responsibilities>
・Have training at HCM office for 1 month after joining
・Training contents; How to create documents for internal process, product knowledge
・Prepare to establish office in July-August; Choose suitable office, arrange interior supplier, create documents and etc.
・Establish Hanoi office in September
・Support recruitment of technical position before establishment
・General administration tasks; GA, Assistant of Accounting, HR
・Woks as Sales staff from the beginning of 2021; Develop new clients, Take care of existing clients, Arrange maintenance cooperating with technical team
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (N2 or more over) & English Conversational Level (Can create email, document)
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 25-35
・1+ year’s Administrator or General Affairs experience in any industry
・Working experience at Japanese company
・Japanese certificate holder
・Advanced Microsoft Office skill
