<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Main Lawyer to consult clients about law issues
- Making/ Preparing all documents related related to DD, M&A.
- Making/ Preparing/ Review various contracts
- Law research
- Detailed tasks will be discussed in the interview.
1) Essential Requirements
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Language Skills: English/ more than communication
- Gender : Any
- Age: 27-40
- Experience in M&A, Due Diligence
- Experience in drafting, reviewing commercial contracts, stock transfer contracts, capital contribution contracts, etc...
- At least 5 years experience in foreign law firms.
2) Preferable Requirements
- Gender : Female
- Married person and like to work in stable environment
- Have been working in legal department
3) Desirable Character:
- Be careful, progressive, have a desire to work long term, work independently
