JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Main Tasks:
Translate relevant documents and verbal interpretation between Japanese, Vietnamese and English;
Support Director and Manager of Japan Desk Services to arrange their working schedule and other conduct some administrative works;
Arrange professional meetings and conferences with clients;
Take a liaison role between clients and professional staffs;
Search for internal and external information as and when required;
Study about tax implications and accounting matters upon client’s request and providing advisory;
Support internal communication between Japan Desk and professional teams, and
Carry out general administrative/secretarial duties as and when required.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language Skill: Japanese at N2 or above
Study abroad at least 1 year.
Have the background of Accounting/ Finance
