Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – IT COMMUNICATOR – TECHNOLOGY
Level: Leader
Contract Term: Permanent

Work Location: Hanoi
Work Time:
-Monday-Friday (8:00 – 17:00)
-Saturday : plan to hold a training on Saturday
Allowance(s): 
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review and pay raise once each per year

JOB DUTIES
Progress of offshore operations from Japan and management of personnel
Main Tasks:
-Communicating with Japanese via Skype, Chat, email
-Understand and progress management of the project
-Manage stuff
-Offer guidance for Project members





JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: until 35
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-Language Skills:Japanese business level (around N2)
             :　English Conversation
-Understand the style of work of Japanese IT companies.
-2years and more experienced in Team Leader or PM
-5years and more experienced Developing PHP
-Well known about SCM(software configuration management)
-Understand the word “SCM” in Japanese
