<Job Responsibilities>
* Accounting:
- Collect, check and manage invoices from supplier
- Make payment to supplier
- Send accounting document to outsource company and check/ feedback/ follow FS reports
- Prepare/ follow estimating report and prepare report for BOD monthly meeting
- Input accounting data to head office consolidated system and other reports if any
- All other accounting jobs
* Administration:
- Calculate salary
- Register mandatory/ voluntary insurance
- Make sure all office equipment in good condition
- All other administration jobs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting major
- Language : N2 Japanese
- Gender: Female
- Age: 30 - 32
- Have at least 4 years experience for Japanese company.
- Having career path to be HR/GA/Accounting leader or manager.
- Pro-activity, carefully and able to work independently.
