<Job Responsibilities>
1. Main tasks (90%):
・Receive orders (such as drawings of devices) mainly from companies under this same group in overseas.
・Discuss and give technical advise about these drawings and then ask factories in Vietnam to manufacture these order.
・This position needs to go to the manufacturing factory regularly. After the FA machine is made, this position will go to the client's factory to explain about the set up.
(Mainly: Client from overseas -> Itsuwa -> Manufacturer in Vietnam -> Client's factory)
・Manage delivery schedule after the factory finishes making the orders.
・Manage product's quality, respond to troubles when there are any, go to the factory to solve the problem.
・Contact logistic companies for import-export schedule.
2. Additional tasks (10%):
・Have Marketing meeting with Japanese Director once per week. During this meeting, receive order from Japan, America, etc... and judge if this product can be sold in Vietnam market.
・Propose about products in Vietnam to Japan side.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 40 years old
・Language: English Conversational Level (for communication and understanding documents)
・Experience:
1. Have at least 3 years working experience in Trading companies or Manufacturing companies, in Technical related positions (such as: design, maintenance,...)
2. Candidate needs to be able to:
- Read drawings about FA machines and mechanical equipment.
- Use CAD 3D or Solid Works.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have marketing experience.
・Candidate who are not car sick.
<Schedule>
・Reason for hiring: Increase headcount (Company's work has increased)
・Interview round: 1-2 rounds
(Mainly 1 round. If needed, there will be 2)
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese Director + Vietnamese Staff
- 2nd round: Japanese Director
・Interview language: English
・Test: No (Company will show some drawings to check if candidate can read during the interview)
・Schedule: Can arrange when suitable candidates are available.
