Motor Engineer - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
Receiving the technical documents of the new Model transferred from overseas to Vietnam.
- Develop processes, technical manual documents.
- Technical control of models in production, technical supervision, and technical improvement.
- Making prototype samples, analyzing product samples, setting technical standards.
When mass production, technical evaluation of the sample before deciding to mass production.
- Technical analysis when errors occur continuously, improving techniques to overcome errors.
- Monitoring technical changes on the production line, analyzing, testing data to improve the production process, improve quality
- Transact with the technical department at the Japanese headquarters to transfer the new Model, report the current technical status, improve the process ....

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University graduation or higher in Engineering major.
・Gender: Male only.
・Age: 30 - 40.
・Specialization: Electronics, Mechatronics ...
・Language: Good in English.
・Experience: At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering at Japanese electronics company (Required).
・Can read technical drawings 2D, or 3D.
・Knowledge of Motor structure, operating principle of Motor.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・CDDs know more Japanese will be a plus.
