QA Manager - Manufacturing

- Supervise/ control/ oversee QA/QC part’s processes, staff, and performance.
- Make sure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Set Quality objectives and ensure those targets are achieved.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing products, quality systems, and surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints…
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Responsible for document management systems.

- Age: 30-40. Gender: Male preferred
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: Japanese or English Business level (writing, listening, reading, speaking)
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC position in manufacturing companies.
- Managerial experience is compulsory
- Have experience in production of components for cars or motorcycle in Japanese companies or suppliers.
- Good knowledge of management tools such as 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
- Good communication, presentation, instruction skill.
