Salary Range: Gross 1500 USD per month (negotiable)

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese HQ’
Manage 1-5 junior members
Main Tasks: (for both positions)
- Team management: ensure all team members’ performance to achieve assigned targets: project quality, timeline through daily staff management, motivation, coaching and evaluation.
- PJT management: understand project’s target and achieve with all members, ensure project timeline and follow process, reporting to customers and doing feedback to members timely.
- Customer management: be a key contact point between customers in Japan and team members in Vietnam; handle all customers’ requirements; discuss and dealing with all issues raised if any
- Key person in the company: this is the backbone role of the company. We expect this role to handle many teams and lead the company to develop in the future

- プロジェクトマネジメント: PJTの方針や、タスクの目的を理解して、ベトナム国内メンバー・日本側とも協力してプロジェクトを遂行できる。スケジュールやプロセスを守り、顧客へのレポートやメンバーへのフィードバックも業務の中で行える
- 顧客マネジメント: 日本のクライアントと、ベトナムの開発チームとの重要な橋渡し役となり、クライアントと議論したり、一緒に問題を解決しながら、すべての要求をきちんとさばくことができる
- 社内のキーパーソン: 会社の中枢になれる。将来的には、たくさんのチームを率いて、本社を含めたグループ全体の発展に貢献できることを期待しています
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Prefer young
-Qualification: BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject
-Language Skills: Japanese advanced level (from N2 or equivalent)
-Technical: Software engineering level (not just a developer)
-At least 02 year experiences as Bridge System Engineer position for Japanese software development company

3. 詳細設計 (Detailed Design): Designing system in detail with team members and Japanese side
