<Position overview>
・Hiring reason: Increase headcount
・Headcount: 3
<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales activities of vending machines to mainly Japanese manufacturing factories.
・Developing new client activities (around 80%) by phone, by connection from friends and co-workers...
・Follow and maintain relationship with existing clients. This position mainly works with client company's General Affair staffs.
・Make contract with clients.
・Meeting once per week to check the process.
・Almost no business trip (Might have once per year training in Japan)
・Sales activity in charge is not divided by area.
・Training time after joining company is from 3 days to 1 week. After that employee will have on-the-job training.
・Use company car for for meeting clients.

- Excluded from monthly salary
- Amount depends on the vending machine set up target and products sales target
- Detail will be discussed in the interview.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 33 years old
・Language: Not required
・Experience:
- At least 1 year working experience as sales staff
- Have experience in working with / selling to factories.
- Can use Word, Excel and Power point (Basic level)
・Skill: Have Driving licence (Employee will have to drive the car by themselves to meet the clients)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have English or Japanese skills.
・Have working experience in manufacturing companies.
・Can communicate well
<Interview>
・Interview rounds: 2 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese Branch Manager in North + Vietnamese Sales Manager (face to face interview)
- 2nd round: Vietnamese General Director in the South (video interview)
・Test: No
・Interview language: Vietnamese in both rounds.
