<Job Responsibilities>
- Looking for customers outside, handle job task as sales admin
- Contact with customers for orders, contact R&D for product code creation, issue Sales Orders in ERP system.
- Contact Purchasing, Production and Import-Export Departments for production schedule, import and delivery schedule.
- Prepare quotations for approval and send to customers.
- Prepare sales contracts and related procedures.
- Observe the account receivable status and remind customers for payment.
- Deal with customers for claims about quality, delivery, delivery quality.
- Customer care, go for business trip (domestic and oversea), send gift in special occasions.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor related to Economic, preferred Business Administration/ Japanese
- Working experience: Fresher or 1 year related knowledge: Sales (look for customer outside), Import-export, Business management, Production control
- Gender: Female Only
- Age: 23-30
- Language Skill : from N3 equivalent ( no need certificate) or fluent in English
- Computer Skill: MS Office, ERP.
- Welcome for candidates living in Binh Duong.
