Work details
Assist for HRAD Manager in running all activities of HR Department by managing and coordinating within HR Department and other departments in organization.
• Training & Development
- Planning & designing training program for all employees based on demands
- Take responsibilities of internal training as orientation training, compliance training, code of conduct, other soft skills …
- Manage employees' personal training records, manage the knowledge and skill of the team. Make plan, evaluation, and report for the training program result
- Develop and monitor training budget
- Work as a coordinator to follow, set up & communicate for both internal and external training program
- In charge of employee development: work with the HODs to recognize the talents to build the talent pool. Follow up talents training program to develop them and ensure a stable labor capital for the Company's need of business.
- To make yearly plan of employee welfare activities to retain the employee.
- Support HRAD Manager to build up procedures, policies, rules & regulation
- Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
• Recruitment
- Directly implement recruitment as requested, ensure that all procedures will be followed company regulation and rules.
• Staff activities & events
- Create ideas and propose the implementation of staff activities & events in line with hotel human resources strategy.
- Plan & coordinate to carry out all activities & events from the beginning of each activity.
- Evaluate the influence of each activity on hotel operations to improve the organization of coming activities & events.
• Other tasks assigned by HRAD Manager.
- Age: 29- 35. Gender: Male preferred
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: Good English skills, Japanese is a plus
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in Hospitality industry, 2 years in HR field, specialized in Training & building HR system
- Bright appearance, mature
- Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam;
- Confidentiality commitment;
- Good organizational and planning skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-task;
- Hard-working, possession of a can-do attitude, independent, active and learning ability;
