<Job Responsibilities>
** They have wholesale store for each province in south area and you will handle and manage sales activity in this area. Responsible for giving inputs, feedback to develop regional strategies, objectives.
- Manage and follow up sales staff (training)
- Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly planning number of outlets coverage, distribution network, distribution, merchandising and hygiene, and responsible for primary sales, secondary sales for whole region and longer term sales forecast
- Follows up and checks to ensure sales polices, programs, distributor’s investments, etc. to be applied/ implemented properly. Accountable for controlling POP materials.
- Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in assigned region (% budget trade promotion, % distributor cost subsidies, % headcount budget in assigned region)
** Responsible for a sales team at region.
- Accountable for the successful operation within a field sales region in its achievement of sales and volume objectives directly through business partners. Establishes territory potential and budgets, approves selling expenses

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 30 - 40
- Gender : Any
- Bachelor degree
- English skill : Conversational level
- More than 5 years experience as GT channel's sales and 2 years experiences as sales management (senior level /management over 50 staff) at FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) field in Japanese / Foreign company (MUST)

- Experience on using DMS system
- Need skill : Management, Analysis , Solving problems, Training, Presentation, Leadership
- Good at using Execel, Powerpoint, Word
- Person who willing go to business trip (half / month depends on the situation)
