<Job Responsibilities>
1. Order processing:
・Responsibility for contacting customers in Vietnam and abroad for quotations, orders, etc.
・Preparing documents (quotation, order sheet etc..)
・Collaborate with suppliers to meet customer requirements (delivery date, quantity, quality, etc.)
2. Inventory management
・Control incoming and outgoing inventory in the warehouse, manage order backlogs and create order plans.
・Carry and put on some product in company warehouse once a month.
3. Adjustment with Suppliers and Forwarders
・Contact with overseas suppliers and forwarders to ensure that orders are shipped correctly and on time
・If there is some trouble, do trouble-shooting with them
4. Public relations
・Up-date for company Facebook and website to get new clients
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Any - Male preferred
・Age: 25 - 29 years old
・Having more than 2 years working experience as a Import Export Staff in General Trading company or Chemical or Material company
・Having knowledge of Accounting and Tax related Im/export tasks
・Language: English Business Level (Intermediate level is not acceptable)
・Good communication skills internal staffs, suppliers and forwarders
・Can carry and put on some product in company warehouse once a month.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Work independently, well organized person, good at number
・Worked small size company and handling wide tasks related job duties
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Having Japanese Business level, such as N2 or N1
