Japanese Speaking - QC staff - Textile

<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs
- Estimate cost and set the quality standards
- Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Oversee the production process, drawing up production schedule
- Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality
- Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
- Aware of all risks and trouble in factory and have proper solution
- Support Japanese Manager in interpreting/translating documents.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Diploma
- Language Skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to JLPT N3 or N2)
- Gender: Any but prefer Male
- Age: 25 - 40
- Have 3 years working experience in QC about garments (Clothes) or fabrics.
-Willing to travel to 2-3 factories everyday (distance from office to factory 1-1.5 hours)
-Good communication and team work skill..
