<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsibility for Admin tasks and office support activities
・Take care for telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, do word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, file documents and prepare business correspondence
・Set up conference room and prepare meeting minutes if necessary or required
・Organize and store stationery and other company’s assets
・Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
