<Job Responsibilities>
・Handling for HR/Admin and Accounting tasks
・Corporate and leading for Admin/HR staff and Accountant members
・Communicating with Japanese head office and giving direction to Vietnamese staff
・Supporting, having meeting and reporting to Japanese Manager and Japanese head office
・Actively involved in management
・Checking Business Indicator and Sales number
・Will assigned as a General Director in the future
・Doing other task assigned by Manager
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after submitting
- How many round interview : 3 times
- Expect joining day : Depends on candidate condition
Essential Requirements:
・Bachelor degree
・Gender : Any
・Age : 30 - 50 years old
・Having working experience as a HR/Admin Manager or Accounting Manager over 5 years in any industry
・Language: Japanese Business Level - Nearly Fluent level
(To enough communication and report skills in Japanese, at least N2 certificate)
English Conversational level (Internal communication)
・Having strong leader-ship
・Having strong motivation to become a General Director in the future
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having strong leadership, management experience 5-10 team members
・Personality : Spontaneous, Active, Hard-working, can-do attitude
・Highly motivated to acquire knowledge
