<Job Responsibilities>
・For some first years, this position will be working as assistant to Japanese sales staff (going to appointment with clients and agencies, writing emails,...) After that, this position will work independently.
・This position mainly sales to Japanese clients.
・Sales product is non life insurance. This position will discuss with client and come up with most suitable insurance package, make quotation and present.
・Maintain relationship with existing clients, no need to find new clients.
・Follow up with existing contract with clients.
・Communicate with other members from other department.
・No individual target, only group target.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Language:
- Japanese business level (equivalent to N1) using to communicate with Japanese clients and with internal communication, writing emails.
- English conversational level (equivalent to 600 Toeic and above) for internal communication.
・Experience: Have at least 1 year corporate sales experience in any industry.
・Japanese language is the most important requirement.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in non-life insurance industry or finance industry.
・Have experience working in Japan

・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese General Manager and Vietnamese Sales Manager
- 2nd round: Japanese General Manager and Vietnamese HR Manager
・Test: Writing test (Write email in Japanese to Japanese clients). Test can be after first or second interview.
・Interview language: Japanese, English, Vietnamese
There are no Vietnamese staff who can speak Japanese, therefore Japanese interviewer will check Japanese. Vietnamese interviewer will check English.
・Expected joining date: late July 2020 (Can be negotiated to join sooner)
