<Job Responsibilities>
・Level: Manager (Finance Department)
・Overall task: The Finance Manager position is responsible for the finance and risk management operations of the company. This includes the work flow that can be easiest to understand as:
Make a plan -> Operate the plan -> Report the plan's situation -> Minimize the risks of the plan -> Make funds based on the plan.

1. Planning tasks:
・Assist in setting company's direction and tactics in the future.
・Manage company's strategic business plans.
・Develop company's financial and tax strategies.
・Manage the capital budgeting process.
・Develop measures that supports the company's strategic plan.

2. Operations tasks:
・Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
・Maintain good relationships with members of the management team
・Manage the Finance Department according to Vietnamese law and company's finance regulation.
・Manage the financial operations of subsidiary companies (Bac Ninh & Ho Chi Minh branch)
・Manage third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced from.
・Manage the company's transaction processing systems.
・Manage employee benefit plans and emphasis on maximizing cost-effective benefits packages.
・Take part in weekly/monthly meetings with Board of Directors & other Managers.

3. Financial Information related tasks:
・Oversee the issuance of financial information
・Report financial results.
・Report to Vietnamese tax authority

4. Risk Management:
・Understand and minimize the elements in the company's risk profile.
・Manage open legal issues involving and affecting the company.
・Set up and manage reliable control systems.
・Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
・Make sure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
・Make sure that records meets the requirements of auditors and government authorities.
・Maintain relations with external auditors and consider their findings and recommendations.

5. Funding
・Manage cash balances and cash forecasts (Cash flow report)
・Arrange debt and equity financing (Give guarantee, give loan with hedging contract)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or related majors.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35 - 45 years old
・Language: English business level (good speaking and writing)
English will be used in reporting, internal communication with other managers, working with documents.
・Experience:
- More than 7 years in Finance related positions in any industry.
During which ave around 3 years management skills and have experience working with other executive teams.
- Have knowledge and understanding about CIT, PIT and taxes.

・Interview round: 3 rounds:
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Finance Manager + HR Manager + HR Executive (all Vietnamese) - Online
- 2nd round: Japanese General Director - Face to face
- 3rd round: Headquarter's Finance department. - Online
・Test: Yes, computer skills (MS Office) test.
・Interview language: English
・Schedule: Can arrange first interview in lats week of June and first week of July.
