<Job Responsibilities>
・Help general administration and sales support tasks for Vietnamese Administrator Staff
・Manage phone calls, e-mail of office, letters, packages and etc.
・Prepare office equipment, such stationery, event organization and etc.
・Manage paper works, documentation filing system
・Arrange work permit, residence card and Visa
・Payment process; Bank transfer based on approval, issue invoice, prepare estimate
・Communicate with accounting firm
・If necessary, interpret for Japanese Director
・Ad-hoc duties as assigned

・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Female
・Age: 22-25
・1+ years’ Administrator or Sales Assistant experience in any industry
・Advanced Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
